Dear Members & Friends,

Again we want to thank all those who participated in our 19th annual conference, held in April 2011 in warm, beautiful St Vincent and the Grenadines. It was a resounding success and involved many informative and stimulating papers from a range of very experienced and authoritative presenters. Those of you who attended have expressed that you were happy that you made it.

Dr. St Clare Thomas and his team showed us good Caribbean hospitality at its best! Again we want to thank them.

For those of you who couldn’t make the trip, you missed something special. We have scheduled this year’s meeting so that there are no conflicts with any other meetings of which we are aware. We will have a four night Caribbean Cruise on Carnival Cruise lines March 15 -19, 2012, with a stop in Cozumel. The Cruise rates are excellent. In order to get the best group rates we are asking you all to make bookings early by making a deposit of US$150 (by November 12, 2011). You will have up to January 12, 2012 for final payment.

Once you have committed to the Cruise please fill in an application on website so we can keep track of the numbers as we make plans for everyone.

We are inviting submission of papers for presentation as well. Please send your topics to Dr Shaw, or Dr. Rach.

We look forward to seeing all of you and hearing the exciting presentations that you will make.
